Return Eligibility

Your item is eligible for return/replacement if:


The product is defective (e.g., not turning on , Not working ) before installation. 

The product received is different from what was ordered.

The product arrived damaged (Proven by Unboxing Video).


How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at mmotherboardzone@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Send Proof: Attach your Order ID, clear photos of the defect, and the Mandatory Unboxing Video.


Approval: We will review your proof within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to self-ship.


Inspection: Once the return reaches us, our technical team will inspect it for installation marks or glue.


Refund/Replacement: If the part is genuine and uninstalled, we will initiate the refund or ship a replacement within 3 business days.
