3. Courier Partners & Tracking

We use premium courier services to ensure your mobile motherboard arrives safely.

Partners: Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and DTDC.

Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS. Please allow 12 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Packaging: We use multi-layer bubble wrap and hard cardboard boxes. The package is sealed with tamper-proof tape.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

While rare, if a package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement after the courier company completes their investigation (usually 3-5 days).

Important: Do not accept the delivery if the outer box appears crushed, torn, or re-taped. Reject it immediately and contact us.
