2. Product Information

We sell mobile motherboard, mobile components. While we strive to describe products accurately as “Original” compliant,”

Installation of these parts requires technical expertise. We are not responsible for damage caused to your phone during the installation process.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

Delivery times depend on the courier partner. Delays caused by the courier are beyond our control.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO: If you receive the parcel and have ANY doubt (e.g., damaged box, open seal, weird sound), you MUST record the unboxing. Actually, a continuous video from opening the outer package to showing the product is compulsory for ALL claims. If you do not have a video, we will assume the product was delivered safely.

4. Returns & Warranty (Strict Policy)

Coverage Duration

You have a maximum of 3 Month from the date of delivery to test the product and report any defects.

When can you return?

You can return the item ONLY if it is defective upon testing (e.g., not turning on , not working) AND you have not removed the protective films.
